Congratulations to Indus Development for being a recipient of the Ohio Department of Development's third round of Transformational Mixed-Use Development Program (TMUD) awards for their Lostro Building development in Athens Ohio. Dennis McAndrew and other Cleveland leaders spoke about alternative financing sources available to real estate projects at this year's Urban Land Institute Cleveland Annual Finance Panel. Dennis educated the crowd of 50+ on the Transformational Mixed-Use Development tax credit in addition to other helpful programs. 

The Ohio Department of Development recently announced the 2023/2024 application window for the Ohio Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program. The program awards grants for the demolition of blighted, vacant, or abandoned commercial and residential buildings that are not brownfields.
